Well, this was pretty hard, and still has one or two issues, but decided to release it for now and fix what I can later.
She has two hairs, but I definitely prefer the first one (ponytail).

Install:
Extract the abdata folder of the 7z into your HS main directory, if asked to merge, say yes.
Same for any updates.
Usage:
You can either put her cards in a room, or load her appearance to a new character.
Uninstall:
Remove these files:
- abdata/List/characustom/roy12_vella_00.unity3d
- abdata/Chara/roy12_vella/*
Changelog:
- v1.1: Fixes to most mouth morphs, made the mouth open less for all of them, and brought the teeth further to the front. The fellatio morphs need more work though.
- Initial version.
Known Issues:
The penis clips a bit through the lips with fellatio animations. I’ll have to manually edit the morphs for fellatio, because that’s as far as the bones get without screwing up badly.
