Install:

Extract the contents of the 7z into your game’s install. It will work with both AI and HS2 (extract only in one of them if you’ve linked both games mods folders!)

Comments:

I added two kinds of belt. One is skinned, meaning you can’t tweak its position, but it clips less (requires Hooah). Another is a proper accessory, you can tweak is position, rotation and scale, but might clip more depending where you put it.
